- 4 (1 oz) parcels McCormick Brown Gravy Mix (low sodium)
- 3 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 mug prepared espresso
- 8 oz red wine (cabernet)
- 1/2 cup diminished sodium soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 8 enormous cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons naturally broke dark pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 lb base round meal
- 1 lb pack carrots, stripped and generally cleaved
- 1 enormous sweet yellow onion, generally cleaved
- 2 cups cut portobello mushrooms
Instructions:
- In an enormous bowl, whisk together sauce bundles and cornstarch. Gradually race in espresso so there are no knots. At that point speed in wine, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, garlic and dark pepper. Put in a safe spot.
