Banana Berry Smoothie Meal Prep Recipe

Breakfast meal prep is crucial to a busy life. Ain’t nobody got time for cooking and doing the dishes every morning!
One of my favorite ways to meal prep breakfast is with smoothie packs. Simply fill a Ziploc bag with one smoothie’s portion of ingredients and you’re good to go. Store the smoothie packs in your freezer until ready to use, then dump in your blender with one cup of liquid.
Easy, peasy!

Banana Berry Smoothie Meal Prep Ingredients

  • Banana
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries

  • 1Cup Coconut Water, Almond Milk, or other liquid (at the time of blending)
I make this smoothie recipe more than any other and it is very adaptable. Is your store our of blackberries when you go shopping? Are strawberries out of season and they’re trying to charge $9/pint? Just substitute with any other berry. Same with the greens. You can use spinach, chard, kale, whatever you like or available.
